Image 1 replaces the central performer originally wearing a dark brown hooded jacket. Use one clear face in a JPEG, PNG or WebP photo, up to 10 MB. Your reference guides the lead’s face, hair and outfit.
Leave Image 2 empty to keep the choir unchanged. Add it to repeat that identity across all surrounding choir members, while each person follows their own position and gestures.
Select 5 seconds, 12 seconds or the full 13.79-second performance, then 480p or 720p. Review the credit quote before confirming. Your private result includes the selected segment’s original audio.
Only the central lead is targeted for replacement. The surrounding choir keeps its original faces and outfits. Adding a second photo switches the request to replace both the lead and choir.
It is assigned to every surrounding choir member, including the back rows. Dense crowds, small faces and overlapping people can make replacements inconsistent; review the full result for missed faces or identity changes.
The original picture lasts 13.791667 seconds. Credits are calculated per started second, so the full clip uses a 14-second quote. The finished MP4 is aligned to the original clip length.
Original preserves the complete 1280 × 720 composition. Square and vertical options crop the sides after generation and can remove choir members near the edges.
The studio plays a supplied 13.8-second AI demonstration featuring an example lead in a black dress. It previews the choir scene and movement. Your chosen length controls a separate private performance used for generation and audio restoration. An independent completed example has not been added yet.
