A COMPLETED TEST

Hotel Lobby AI video concepts.

A 12-second, 480p private test from the current studio. Two portraits replace the original cast; the source clip keeps the stage, timing and sound.

Local test output. This page uses one completed generation from the prepared Hotel Lobby clip. It is a sample, not a public customer gallery. Likeness and lip sync still need a visual check.

CASE 01

Same stage. New cast. Original audio.

The model replaces both performers from 0:00 of the source. After generation, the original track is restored so the result keeps the song and timing of this segment.

BEFORE

The source clip from 0:00.

Watch who stands left and right, how the camera moves, and what happens at the opening. The result uses this exact 12-second cut.

After the cast change
AFTER

The same take, with your people.

Compare faces, hands, clothing and mouth timing against the original. A still image cannot show this; play both clips.

Right performer.

Assigned to the person on the right. Swap sides in the studio if the order is wrong before you generate.

What makes it a duo performance?

Both people share the same shot and react within one original performance. Separate portrait references are assigned to the left and right performer, so the two identities can be reviewed individually.

The studio replaces both performers in a prepared video using your separate portrait references. The source supplies the timing and camera movement. The workflow then restores the source audio rather than generating a new song or voice.

Read the Hotel Lobby AI creation guide for photo selection, source review and output checks.

What should you check in a video?

  • Both identities: each face should match the correct portrait throughout the clip.
  • The opening: compare the result with the original first frame, with no added introduction.
  • Movement: look for changes to gestures, hands, clothing and camera position.
  • Audio and timing: listen to the original track and inspect mouth movement and duration.
