What the replacement covers
The template is designed to replace the only visible performer throughout the supplied clip. Its identity instructions cover the head, hair, torso, arms, hands, legs and feet, with the photographed person’s proportions and visible outfit.
It is more than a still face pasted onto one close-up. The same person needs to remain recognizable from the overhead camera, head-on views and distant shots in which the chair tips. The room and chair stay part of the scene.

Make one identity unambiguous
Upload a photo of one person with visible eyes and a clear facial outline. Avoid a group image, dark sunglasses, face-covering hands or a distant face that occupies very few pixels. A full-body composition helps the model read the clothes and body as well as the face.
The studio accepts one image rather than separate references for the close-ups and wide shots. Choose an image that balances a readable face with enough visible outfit. The photographed pose does not need to match the seated pose.
Check identity at three kinds of moment
Pause first on a frontal singing shot and compare the eye spacing, jawline, hairline and skin tone with the photo. Then inspect an overhead shot, where a different angle can expose a changed face shape. Finally, watch a wide chair tip for body, clothing and limb consistency.
| Moment | What to compare |
|---|---|
| Frontal singing close-up | Face shape, hairline, eyes and mouth timing |
| Overhead close-up | The same identity despite the camera angle |
| Wide backward chair movement | Clothes, proportions, hands, feet and chair contact |
| Immediately after a cut | No return to the source performer or a different face |
If a result changes identity halfway through
Check whether the face was already blurred, shadowed or partially hidden in the upload. Separate identity problems from motion problems: a clear face with an implausible chair contact needs a different review from a face that changes at a cut.
Watch the whole result with sound before deciding whether to start another generation. A new attempt is a separate request, and a higher resolution does not guarantee the model will repair a changed face. The supplied audio remains the original performance rather than the uploaded person’s voice.
