Why a 19.04-second clip is quoted as 20 seconds
The source contains 457 frames at 24 frames per second, or 19.041667 seconds of picture. The existing pricing rule rounds source length upward to started seconds. That gives 20 billed seconds without padding the video to a 20-second performance.
The currently configured rates are 80 credits per started second for 480p and 180 for 720p. Multiplying each rate by 20 gives the quotes below. Rates and offers can change; the studio’s final displayed quote is the amount to review.

A generation quote and a credit purchase are different
The amounts above describe the credits required for one request. Your existing balance may cover some or all of the quote. Credit packs, top-ups and subscription offers determine how you buy credits and are shown separately on the pricing page and checkout.
This template has one complete scene and a fixed 16:9 frame. There is no shorter-duration option in this studio. Choosing 720p changes the quote; it does not add another performer, a new song or a longer clip.
Review a saved task before trying again
If submission or playback stalls, open the existing request or My videos before starting over. The saved task lets you check whether the provider is still working, the file is being prepared or a failure has already been recorded.
A completed video with an unwanted face detail and a confirmed technical failure are different outcomes. Check the task status and credit record. Review your photo and the entire finished edit before paying for another attempt; a second generation is not guaranteed to repair every visual detail.
