How the 11.70-second source becomes a 12-second quote
The source picture lasts 11.70 seconds. The quote counts started seconds, so the full sequence uses 12 billing units. That rounding does not add another pose or a frozen ending. The card gesture and final car-only shot stay part of the same full clip.
There is no separate short sample duration in this template. Changing from the original landscape frame to a square or vertical crop changes the visible composition, not the source performance you are personalizing. Check whether the selected frame retains enough of the car before paying.
Choose 480p or 720p, then read the current amount
The studio displays credits for the selected resolution. Use that live amount and the current pricing page when deciding which pack or exact-video option to purchase. This article does not freeze a pack price that could change after publication.

If the connection drops or the provider status is uncertain, open My videos and inspect the existing request before starting over. Opening another browser tab does not establish whether the first task stopped. A newly submitted task is a separate generation, even with the same photos.
Download the existing MP4 and review its sound
When the saved result is complete, download that video and watch the entire file. Check the face during turns, the two card digits, the hands and the final view of the car. Listen to the restored source audio rather than relying only on a muted browser preview.
If a task fails or its status is unclear, review the saved status and balance and keep the request ID for support. Do not assume that every visual imperfection is a technical failure or that starting again will fix it. Identify the issue before choosing another paid attempt.
