Watch the scene before choosing photos
Open the Tiny Desk AI template in AI Effects and play its public demonstration with sound. The full performance runs about 19.03 seconds in a vertical 9:16 frame. Camera cuts move between the lead singer, a keyboard-and-backing-vocal shot and a saxophone solo. Those cuts determine where your chosen people will appear.
The demonstration is an example of the scene. Your uploaded portraits create a separate private result. This studio uses prepared footage; it does not accept a custom concert video or a different song.
Prepare the people you want to cast
Use a separate portrait for each selected performer. One photo can replace one role; you can leave the other four empty. A full-band edit needs five references in the five labeled slots. Choose photos that show the hairstyle and clothing you want in the result, as well as a recognizable face.
- Use JPEG, PNG or WebP, up to 10 MB per photo and at least 256 × 256 pixels.
- Show one clear adult face with good lighting. Avoid heavy filters, sunglasses and motion blur.
- Use photos with permission from the people pictured. Review the selected outfit and accessories before uploading.
Map each portrait to its performer
Use the role labels and source appearance together. The source clothing helps locate the target performer; the reference photo supplies the new person’s face, hair, body appearance and outfit. Instruments, microphones and the performance remain part of the scene.
| Photo slot | Role | How to identify the source performer |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Lead singer | Black hair, navy collared shirt and headset; opening and later close-ups. |
| 2 | Keyboard player | Green sweater over a white collar, seated at the red keyboard. |
| 3 | Left backing singer | Black hair, pink cardigan and cream top in the band shot. |
| 4 | Right backing singer | Blonde hair and light blue top in the band shot. |
| 5 | Saxophonist | Wavy brown hair, lavender top and gold saxophone in the later solo. |
Choose resolution and confirm the casting plan
EasyVideoAI’s Tiny Desk studio currently uses the complete scene. Choose 480p or 720p and read the displayed credit quote. The exact source duration is about 19.03 seconds; the full request is quoted using 20 started seconds. A higher resolution changes the quote.
Check every selected portrait in Review Your Video. Empty slots mean keeping those original performers. Confirming the final request opens the progress page, where photo uploading and generation continue. Opening the review alone does not start a generation.
Review the whole MP4 before sharing
Return to the same request to check progress. When the visual edit finishes, the workflow restores the source soundtrack. Download the completed MP4 and watch the opening, band shots and saxophone section. Check unassigned people as carefully as the replacements.
Look for identity changes across cuts, altered hands or instruments, and drift between mouths and sound. AI results can vary. A failed or uncertain request should be checked on its existing result page before starting another paid generation.
