Give the model a readable silhouette
The side view reveals the wheelbase, roofline and body length. A front three-quarter angle adds the hood and headlights while still showing the side. Either gives more information for a rotating car than a tight straight-on image of the grille.
Step back enough to leave space around the vehicle. Avoid cutting off a bumper, roof rack or tire. The upload’s minimum dimensions are a technical threshold, not a quality target: use a clear original image where the car occupies most of the picture without touching its edges.
Make the paint and wheels easy to distinguish
Use soft daylight and a simple background. Deep shadows can merge tires with the road, while bright reflections can hide the paint color or the edge of a body panel. Remove heavy color filters and avoid motion-blurred frames taken from another moving vehicle.
Keep other vehicles from overlapping the subject. A parked lineup behind your own car may make it ambiguous which vehicle should move. You do not need to photograph a real ramp or stunt location: the prepared template supplies that environment.
| Problem in the result | Photo to try next |
|---|---|
| Extra or changing wheels | Visible tires separated from dark road shadows |
| Paint changes across the turn | Even daylight without strong color filters or glare |
| Car becomes another body shape | A full side or three-quarter view with both bumpers |
| Another vehicle enters the stunt | One isolated car with no overlapping traffic |
Choose the motion before choosing the crop
Ramp Flip shows the longer curved-wall climb and airborne return. Side Kickflip shows a shorter horizontal path across parked vehicles. Use the studio demonstrations to decide which action suits the car and the space available in your final layout.
Original preserves the landscape scene; square and vertical choices crop it. A new photo alone cannot prevent a car from leaving a narrow crop near takeoff or landing. Check the preview boundary, then review the finished MP4’s full trajectory before posting.
